Location, 24/7 open bar at hotel

Mid aged Lady in restaurant was speking only german. I have informed her 4 times I do not spek german, but still she innitiated several times conversation on purpose in german language. Kind of national oriented person, bet if you wirk in hotel you should be prepared to sleak other languages. I am not immigrant, I pay for my stay, I pay for my meals and drinks…should be at least little bit more respect.

The location was amazing. Very close to the castle and city center. The breakfast was great and had many options.

We found clumps of hair from the previous tenants on our socks and anything that touched the floor.

Convenient hotel in a good location. Could be amazing if the few negatives are tended to.

Good location close to the old town. Nice outside area. Good breakfast.

Room was far too small. Rooms are not cleaned automatically, but even though we requested cleaning through the tablet in our room, it didn’t get cleaned in 3 days. Staff did not always easily understand what we said.

Practical, clean hotel with friendly staff and quaint rooms with AC

Very convenient hotel with parking and nearby the funicular and old town. The hotel staff were very nice at reception and provided clear instructions. The hotel rooms have AC, which worked well and were very necessary during the hotel summer. The rooms were also very clean, including the bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread (for an additional price) is very large.

The breakfast is quite expensive (19EUR per person) based on other hotels that we have stayed in while in Austria, including in Vienna and Innsbruck.

Nice location with view of the castle, a short walk to the town center. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The room is a bit small. We ordered omelets at breakfast but it never came.
